1. How do I place an order?
Select the item you want to purchase, click add to cart icon, proceed to checkout to create an account to enter the shipping and payment details. Alternatively call us or send us an email to place your order.

2.How long will it take to get my order?
Once an Order is placed, we shall confirm the availability of the item and contact you immediately for confirmation.All available items are shipped immediately to the clients.It will take 24 hours for orders outside Nairobi.

3.Can I Pay on Delivery
All clients within Nairobi county have an option to pay on Delivery.However ALL Orders Orders outside Nairobi will have to be prepaid.You shall be contacted in advance before shipping for payment options.

4. How will I pay for the purchased item?
We have flexible payment options. You can pay cash on delivery or by use ofour official Mpesa till number 751410.

5. Who will deliver my item?
Orders within Nairobi shall be delivered by our able Riders.For outside Nairobi, the client can choose a preffered shipping method.

6.Can i Return an item.?
Yes.We shall accept returns of defective items for exchange.kindly inspect your items before payment.We shall not issue refunds based on change of mind.

7.Where are you Located.?
Our town Office is located at 1st Floor , Right Wing Luther Plaza, along Nyerere Road, Off University Way Roundabout.
