How do I place an order?

Select the item you want to purchase, click add to cart icon, proceed to checkout to create an account to enter the shipping and payment details. Alternatively call us or send us an email to place your order.

How long will it take to get my order?

All Orders within Nairobi are Delivered within the same Day.Orders outside Nairobi are delivered within the next business Day.

How will I pay for the purchased item?

We have flexible payment options. You can pay cash on delivery or by use of our MPESA PAYBILL NO.522522 ACCOUNT NO.6316700

Cash on delivery only applies to customers  within Nairobi.All customers outside Nairobi will be required to pay before the order is dispatched.

Who will deliver my item?

Based on your location and the delivery method you choose; your item can be delivered by G4s courier or Instok Riders within Nairobi. You will be contacted in advance before the item is delivered for convenience.

Which shipping methods are available?

You can opt to pick up your items from various pickup points within Nairobi CBD at no fee, or have it delivered at your doorstep at an extra fee. Those outside Nairobi can pick their items from Wellsfargo and G4s offices across the country.

How do i return an Order of a Faulty Item.?

At Instok,all our products are tested to pass quality tests before being dispatched.In addition we allow our customers to test the products within Nairobi before paying .However in case of a manufacturer fault on  the item ordered,We accept returns which have to be verified before a replacement is issued.Kindly note we don't refund in cash.
