Return Policy
✔ You can initiate a return within 48 after delivery / collection for Eligible reasons .
✔ When returning an item, Ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.
✔ Get your sorted faster when you drop off your return at our office.
✔ Change of mind will not be eligible for return .
✔ Eligible reasons - wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete, wrong-size.
✔ Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process
✔ If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
✔ Damaged or wrong products will be elligible for an exchange.
✔ Refunds will only be applied when the ordered item is no longer available.
✔ Items damaged under customer's care are not elligible for returns.
✔ Items damaged during transit under 3rd party courier companies will not be elligible (Customers advised to consider insured courier companies like WellsFargo).
✔ Customers paying on delivery advised to inspect and test items upon delivery.
